- Applicants must be citizens of any of the following countries; Algeria, Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Tanzania, Tunisia, South Africa, Zambia, or Zimbabwe
- Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
- Applicants must have basic English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL IBT, TOEFL CBT, CAEL, PTE Cambridge English Proficiency or Duolingo)
